Frittata

We had Libby and her daughter Suzanne over for brunch one Sunday in October. This frittata (of ham, asparagus and gruyere) is so easy to make and is pretty foolproof. Also makes for a nice presentation. We coupled it with homemade Irish Soda Bread (sans caraway seeds... not a fan) and some mesclun.
